Greater Vision is aware of any complaints, issues, or worries that anyone may have regarding their work environment, employment, or relationships with coworkers, health and safety, harassment, unethical behavior, and dissatisfaction, and is dedicated to promoting and supporting the grievance. We are dedicated to promptly investigating and resolving all complaints, treating everyone who files a grievance fairly, maintaining confidentiality throughout the entire process, and abiding by the non-retaliation policy when one is submitted.
